1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the lukibd platform and all of its services. By accessing the lukibd website, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" — The lukibd website (lukibd.lat) and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on the lukibd platform or uses its services.
• "We" or "lukibd" — The entity that owns and operates this platform.
• "Account" — A personal profile registered in a user's name that provides access to the platform's services.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds stored in a user's account, calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" — Special rewards, cashback, or incentive funds provided by lukibd.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Age and Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the lukibd platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
• You have not previously held a banned or cancelled account on this platform.

Registration Rules

Each person may create only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. lukibd reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit the associated balance if false information is provided.

After registration, an identity verification (KYC) process may need to be completed. You may be required to submit a national identity card, passport, or other official documents for verification.

3 Account Management and Security

Password and Login Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. lukibd will never ask for your password. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

• Use a strong password of at least 8 characters that includes numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify lukibd support immediately.
• If you lose your password, it can be recovered through your registered email.

Account Verification

lukibd reserves the right to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or when you exceed a certain amount. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This process is done for your own protection.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on the lukibd platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• lukibd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of any suspicious activity.

Transaction Responsibility

lukibd will not be responsible if a transaction fails or funds are lost due to incorrect information provided. If there is any delay in payment processing due to a technical issue, lukibd will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

lukibd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳13,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing. Specific game types or restrictions may apply in connection with the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• lukibd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus under special circumstances.
• The VIP program cashback benefit applies weekly and is free of any wagering requirement.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

Game Results

• Using any bot, script, or automated method to influence the platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in unfair collusion or coordination with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the associated balance. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by lukibd

lukibd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is found.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• If compliance with a court or government order is required.

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. After receiving the request, lukibd will arrange to return your remaining valid balance, however bonus funds are not refundable. Contact the support team to close your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

lukibd believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy the platform in a healthy and controlled manner. Online gaming can be addictive — so it is important to stay aware of this.

• You can set deposit limits for yourself.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Changes & Dispute Resolution

Changes to Terms

lukibd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please notify our support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours. If a direct resolution is not possible, both parties have the option to resolve the dispute through mutually agreed mediation.

14 Applicable Law

The applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh shall govern the formulation and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
